Rates

$135/double occupancy/night for two-night stays;
$120/double occupancy/night for stays of three nights or more;
$20/night additional adult or teen guest, $15/night for guests 10 and under, $10/night for guests 5 and under, no charge for infants.

Policies

We have a two-night minimum, except for last-minute inquiries.

All rates subject to 13.04% Hawai`i tax.
VISA or MasterCard account information is used to guarantee the reservation. Guests may make payment by personal check, travelers’ cheques, or cash, upon arrival.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For cancellations within two months of the check-in date there will be a charge of 15% of the total cost, unless the cottage can be rebooked; within one month, 50% of total cost, unless the cottage can be rebooked; within twenty-four hours, 100% of total cost. All rates and policies subject to change without notice.

Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
